Tuscan Villas is a condominium renovation project in Las Vegas, NV. Over 15 months, 435 units were renovated and sold, with total sales of over $85 million. The property is located approximately 2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, in Southwest Las Vegas.
The grand opening of the 20-acre renovated community was in January, 2005. Tuscan Villas is a gated community with premium amenities including a large clubhouse, two pools and spas, barbeque areas, basketball courts, RV and boat parking, and a playground. There are seven different floor plans, ranging from 724 ft2 to 1448 ft2 (including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units). Interiors feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and other luxury features.
Over the course of the project, property values appreciated over 26%. During 2005-2006, Tuscan Villas was one of the fastest-selling communities in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin areas.
